Peerless, Kolkata beat CIL, Bangalore 4-3, via tie-breaker to advance to the final of the All-India Bhutia Memorial Football Tournament being played at the Biju Patnaik Sports Complex, Nalco Nagar, Angul today. Tie-break rule came into application after play in the regulation time ended goalless.
